Navigate to your portal link in Safari (iOS) or Chrome (Android). Do not use in-app browsers.
Tap the share icon at the bottom of Safari, then select "Add to Home Screen."
Tap the three-dot menu in Chrome and select "Add to Home Screen" or "Install App."
Use the credentials provided by your advisor. Enable notifications when prompted.
